Location: The Account Manager, Influencer Marketing position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events.

Role: Account Manager, Influencer Marketing

As the partner marketing landscape continues to evolve, various channels and tactics are coming together in exciting ways, and Acceleration Partners is leading the charge. We are seeking an Account Manager, Influencer Marketing to provide premium quality service to diverse brands eager to develop influencer programs at scale within their affiliate channels. This person will be directly responsible for managing the client relationship, as well as owning the development and execution of influencer program strategy.

  • Program Strategy & Execution: Manages successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans for achieving client’s goals and objectives. Keeps a close pulse on program performance, budget spend, and goals/budget pacing in real-time to ensure program stays on track to meet key objectives and spend targets.
  • Client Service & Communication: Consistently provides superior client service, acts as a point of contact, and escalates issues or key risks as appropriate. Develops and nurtures excellent relationships, reflected in very high client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Uses data strategically and accurately; consistently draws relevant and accurate conclusions using data to identify trends, analyze program outcomes, and provide client insights and recommendations.
  • Influencer Partnership Optimization: Designs influencer recruitment, communication, content, incentive, and optimization strategies aimed at fostering long-term partnerships with the right creators/audiences.
  • Portfolio Management: Manages multiple influencer marketing programs with solid organizational skills and the ability to focus and prioritize tasks based on client objectives.

What Success Looks Like

  • By 2 months, the Account Manager, Influencer Marketing has a clear understanding of each client’s goals and established themselves as the main point of contact.
  • By 4 months, the Account Manager is capable of managing a portfolio of clients with minimal guidance, analyzing client data to optimize program outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years working for an influencer marketing agency or brand.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

Target Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 depending on location and experience.
