Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $22/hr to $29/hr depending on experience

Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk is responsible for overseeing and processing customer invoicing. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in billing procedures while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with both customers and internal teams.

You will be a key part of the financial operations of the company and help ensure revenue is processed efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch, proofread, and process daily invoices with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure billing documentation is complete and compliant with company standards
• Assist with lien waivers and support payment collection activities
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• Provide professional and courteous phone coverage as backup to reception when needed
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of billing workflows and procedures
