Job Overview:
Trinitas Regional Medical Center, an RWJBH facility is searching for a Director for Psychiatric Services with supportive and empowering leadership qualities. The candidate should share in the mission, vision and values of the RWJBH family. Responsible for all nursing services throughout the Behavioral Health department including 110 inpatient beds (40 child, 27 adult involuntary, 21 adult voluntary and 22 bed IDD/MI specialized units); as well as outpatient nursing programs and psychiatric emergency screening service. Participates in department and hospital wide Patient Safety and Quality committees.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership in a Behavioral Health setting
