Job Title: Billing Clerk

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Accounts Payable / Billing Specialist to join our fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will handle billing adjustments, process invoices accurately, and support day-to-day financial operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and adjust customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Update billing records in response to flight changes, order cancellations, or other adjustments.
• Calculate totals, sales tax, and other required financial figures using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve discrepancies and support workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all billing and invoicing activities.
• Assist with ad hoc financial tasks as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in a flexible work schedule, including occasional Saturdays, with start times between 6:00 and 9:00 AM.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic arithmetic for invoice and sales tax calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under fast-paced conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support collaboration with internal teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and make billing adjustments as needed.
• Patient, organized, and able to maintain composure in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
