Join Our Team: Billing Specialist (Murfreesboro, TN)

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Industry Grit: At least 2 years of billing experience in construction, manufacturing, or logistics. (If you know the construction world, you’re already at the top of our list!)

• Juggling Skills: You’re a pro at multitasking without letting the details slip through the cracks.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

The Billing Specialist is responsible for the review, analysis and billing functions related various projects. Responsibilities include:

• Resolving payment discrepancies 
• Matching billing documents to purchase orders and other documentation
• Running billing reports in Excel
• Processing daily/weekly/monthly billing batches
