Bookkeeper
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records for our organization. Your expertise will ensure the smooth and efficient management of our financial operations and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy.
- Process payroll in a timely manner.
- Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Monitor office and employee expenses and verify that transactions are properly recorded.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks online and Excel.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
