Job Description
We are seeking for a high-energy, high-output Credentialing Specialists to join our team for a targeted backlog reduction project. Following a transition in how our community providers submit documentation via CAQH, our department is currently managing a surge of over 200 files.
We are looking for "grinders"—experienced professionals who thrive in high-volume environments and can "jump in" to begin processing files immediately with minimal oversight
salary: $29 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Rapidly process a high volume of credentialing files to reduce the current backlog of 200+ cases.
- Navigate and pull provider documentation through the CAQH platform to ensure complete and compliant files.
- Execute primary source verification and ensure all provider data meets AdventHealth and regulatory standards.
Requirements - You must have a solid background in healthcare credentialing. Candidates with Medical Staff (Med Staff) experience who have specifically handled credentialing are also encouraged to apply.
- Direct experience with CAQH is highly preferred, as the majority of the current surge is localized within this platform.
- You are a "grinder" who enjoys the challenge of hitting high production targets without sacrificing quality.
