Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our travel center, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, from assisting customers to maintaining cleanliness in the store and food service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to promote a pleasant shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required; customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
