Data Analyst - Contract - Boston, MA

Proclinical is seeking a Data Analyst to support and implement data analytics initiatives across various business areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on data discovery, statistical modeling, and improving decision-making processes through the analysis of data patterns, anomalies, and trends. You will also contribute to enhancing efficiency and automation in data analysis processes while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in implementing data analytics plans and statistical modeling techniques.
• Strong ability to analyze data patterns, anomalies, and trends.
• Experience with data collection, processing, cleaning, and visualization.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality standards, and compliance protocols.
• Capability to define and document business rules and KPIs for reporting purposes.
• Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and coordinate tasks within a team.

The Data Analyst's responsibilities will be:

• Implement data analytics plans to support data discovery and statistical modeling.
• Execute policies for data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Analyze data patterns, anomalies, and trends to address business questions and improve decision-making.
• Coordinate efforts to provide data for complex data science and big data mining projects.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate data analysis processes.
• Define, document, and review business rules and KPIs for reporting; convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Support data management, quality, operations, and governance to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Compensation:

• $20 to $28 per hour.
