Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for accuracy. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our database system
- Verify and correct any errors in data entry
- Maintain and update records as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all information
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with standard office hours, Monday-Friday. The Data Entry Clerk will primarily work in an office setting and may occasionally need to lift boxes or files up to 25 pounds. The candidate must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer for data entry.
