Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at Meyer Plastics Inc. As a Data Entry Operator you will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data related to customer orders inventory and product details. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of plastic materials stock levels and shipments as well as reviewing data for errors and processing purchase orders and invoices. Additionally you will generate reports for management organize files and collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data related to customer orders inventory and product details
• Maintain accurate records of plastic materials stock levels and shipments
• Review data for errors inconsistencies or missing information and correct them
• Process purchase orders invoices and delivery records
• Generate reports and summaries for management as needed
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files
• Collaborate with production sales and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy
• Follow company procedures for data management and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry administrative support or a similar role
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and/or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
