Job Title: Automotive Detailer Location: Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, Rochester, MI Job Description: Mercedes-Benz of Rochester is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our vehicles are presented in pristine condition, reflecting the high standards associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring each one meets our quality standards before delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicle exteriors and interiors.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and any defects, addressing any issues promptly.
• Apply protective finishes to the exteriors, such as waxing and sealing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work closely with service and sales teams to meet customer expectations.
• Handle vehicles with care and ensure their safety during the detailing process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of standing.
• Passion for automobiles and a desire to work with luxury vehicles.
