About The Role We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to serve as the in-house steward of BW Fusion's brand across digital channels. This is not an agency role; you'll live and breathe our brand every day, building genuine connections with the dealers and growers we serve through smart, authentic content and channel management.
You'll work alongside our Senior Director of Marketing and Brand Communications and collaborate with external agency partners. You're someone who embraces AI tools not as a shortcut, but as a way to move faster, test smarter, and do more with less.
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Type: Full-Time, On-Site (remote and hybrid options are available)
Travel: 20% of travel within the USA
Reports to: VP of Marketing
What You'll Own - Organic Social Media: Day-to-day management of BW Fusion's social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). You write the copy, engage with the community, and maintain a consistent, credible voice that resonates with farmers and growers.
- Content & SEO: Blog posts, web copy, campaign content, and landing pages that rank and convert. You leverage AI writing tools to accelerate production without sacrificing brand voice.
- Paid Digital Oversight: Serve as the internal point of contact for our paid media. You understand AI-driven ad optimization and audience targeting well enough to drive smarter performance for our team and agency partners.
- Analytics & Reporting: Own the numbers across your channels. Track what's working, flag what isn't, and regularly bring clear insights to the team.
- Brand Voice Consistency: Be the day-to-day guardian of how BW Fusion shows up digitally, making sure every post, email, and page feels like us, whether it's human-written or AI-assisted.
Experience What We're Looking For - 3–5 years in digital marketing, with demonstrated ownership of social, content, and/or paid channels
- Hands-on experience using AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to scale content production
- Familiarity with AI-powered ad optimization and audience targeting across Meta, X, and Google platforms
- Experience in agriculture, CPG, rural lifestyle, or industries where the customer is hands-on and relationship-driven is a strong plus
- Track record of growing organic engagement and/or improving SEO performance
Skills - Strong writer, clear, conversational, and capable of adapting tone for different platforms and audiences, including knowing when and how to use AI tools effectively
- Comfortable with social media management tools (Sprout Social or similar)
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, X, Google Ads) with an eye toward AI-driven targeting and optimization features
- Proficient in web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content strategy

Compensation And Benefits $75,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for the BW Fusion bonus program.
