Responsibility 1

Write weekly lesson plans, semester scope and sequence, exams as needed
Prepare handouts, materials

Responsibility 2
Student Management and general expectations
Work task
1. Take daily attendance, monitor and correct student behavior, oversee detention, parent/student conferences, oversee and
manage evening study.
2．Communicate/consult with parents regarding student progress as needed.Participate in model lessons/demo classes for parents and marketing events. Attend and participate in scheduled professional development activities. Select and organize students for competitions and other tasks as assigned by the Academic Director.

Instructional Delivery
Work task
1.Provide quality overall feedback for students
2. Ensure rigorous and appropriate expectations to promote success
3.Monitor progress through inquiry, completed assignments, through observation, and assessment.
4.Arrive on time and prepared to begin at the start of each scheduled class

1．Night study.
2．Club time every week (4 days per week)

Responsibility 5
Academic teaching
Work task
1．Leading curriculum meetings in Social Sciences, English, and Leadership classes. Mentor new/novice teachers. Provide new ideas, curriculum, and other resources to all staff members. Lead staff/teacher meetings in absence of the director. Participate and
observe other teachers for both mentoring and hiring procedures.

1. Develop quality assessments to check for understanding and learning
2.Use data from assessments to guide future lesson preparation

Responsibility 7
One to One Tutorial
Work task
1.Provide one to tutorial on English Skills for Language Tests
2.Give students some supportive feedback to improve their
overall English ability

Responsibility 8
General
Work task
1. Communicate/ attend conferences with parents regarding
student progress as needed
2. Participate in model lessons/demo classes for parents and
marketing events
3.Attend and participate in scheduled professional development
activities
4. Organize, teach, train and accompany students for competitions
5. Other tasks as assigned by the Academic Director

Working time :
8:00-17:00 or 9:00 -18:00, Monday-Friday，at least one night study, 19:00-21:20, per week.
