Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in event planning, event marketing, brand promotions, customer engagement, and experiential marketing .

As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of live events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns for nationally recognized brands. This role offers hands-on experience, paid training, and clear opportunities for career advancement in the events and marketing industry.

No prior experience is required. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, coordination, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Support live events, brand activations, and retail marketing promotions
• Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and campaigns
• Assist event managers with logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations
• Maintain event materials, displays, and promotional setups
• Collect customer feedback and support campaign reporting and tracking
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all events
• Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
