This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team where you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service. The role involves answering inbound customer calls regarding order inquiries and efficiently resolving customer issues. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be a onsite at the client location. (NOT REMOTE)

salary: $16.94 - $16.95 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

The Inbound Call Center Representative is responsible for handling all post-order inquiries from customers. Responsibilities include:

-Answering incoming calls with a pleasant demeanor

-Looking up orders and provide tracking information

-Validate order details

-Process returns and send out return labels

-Process replacement items

-Handle all order related questions
