Job Description

The Talent Mine is recruiting for an IT Manager with strong leadership skills for an immediate role in the Dyersburg, TN area. This is for the nation's #1 recycler of any product, and a company with unmatched job security and stable growth.

This is an on-site position, 5 days/week.

In this role you will be responsible for the technology infrastructure of a large production facility. You will work closely with the corporate technology infrastructure leadership team and divisional management teams to ensure that IT infrastructure, digital capabilities and emerging technologies are aligned with overall business strategies and goals. This role will actively promote the thoughtful adoption of best practices to drive operational efficiency, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across the division. 

You will also be responsible for leading the IT professionals at those locations, ensuring they deliver high-quality, reliable services while fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and responsible experimentation with new technologies.

The best candidates should have most of the following credentials:

• 10+ years experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software and network infrastructure. Deep experience with Windows and Cisco.
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communications skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

COMPENSATION

• TOTAL COMPENSATION = $147,000- $172,000, broken down as follows :
• Base salary range – $115,000 - $130,000
• Annual bonus of 28-32% over the past 5 years!
• Educational assistance (up to $10K per year for you and your family members)
