Website Developer / SEO Specialist

FasTrax Solutions is seeking an energetic and diligent website developer with a focus on SEO to join our Rock Hill, NY location. The right candidate plays an integral function in our company’s digital marketing sector and embodies multiple functions: a creative thinker, a determined problem solver, a meticulous investigator, and an impeccable communicator with outstanding attention to detail. Additionally, they possess an enterprising and intuitive spirit and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where challenges can be met with solutions.
They will be managing all aspects and strategies in search engine optimization, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, to increase rankings on all major search networks. They will be maintaining the websites’ stcapability and security, ensuring that any issues with the sites are promptly fixed. They will be superviseing website maintenance when new features need to be added and making sure old ones are updated smoothly to maintain a strong user practice and business operations. Also, they will be performing various testing methods in design, layout, and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic.
As our website developer/SEO specialist, the right candidate will be responsible for:

Building, designing, and maintaining all websites and software applications, and updating them to reflect changing business requirements

»
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing websites that can be improved or optimized

»
Writing and reviewing code for websites, including HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ensuring they meet industry standards and are compatible with all devices

»
Integrating multimedia content onto the websites

»
Performing routine site audits, as well as continuing maintenance on an as-needed basis

»
Consistently communicating with customers to determine their business needs and design preferences to provide a tailored solution

»
Collaborating with other team members concerning the direction of the websites

»
Troubleshooting problems with website performance or user practice and implementing security and data protection

»
Monitoring, updating, and examining PPC initiatives and campaigns

»
Conducting continuing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to drive the most valuable traffic, as well as investigating keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors

»
Filling websites and other content with effective keywords

»
Performing tests, collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

»
Creating thought-provoking, effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and other social media accounts, as well as writing powerful call to actions (CTAs) to bring in visitors

»
Developing and implementing link building strategies

»
Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines

»
Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly-developed code, as well as working with other marketing team members to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

Qualifications
