My client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Land Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5+ years of experience in land surveying, with the ability to support and lead various field and office tasks related to boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys. This position offers strong growth potential and the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects.
Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, and other survey instruments.
Perform boundary, topographic, construction staking, and as-built surveys.
Collect, process, and analyze field data using AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or other drafting software.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–25 years of land surveying experience
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or other industry-standard CAD platforms.d.
