We are seeking a  Landscape Designer  who is full of enthusiasm and creativity to join our dynamic team. • Conduct site analysis to gather information about the landscape, existing structures, and natural features
• Create design drafts that incorporate the client’s vision, budget, and any site restrictions
• Use 3D rendering software to create realistic visualizations of the final design
• Prepare construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections
• Collaborate with our team of designers and contractors to ensure that each project meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship

Qualifications:

• Experience Required:
  • Five to Seven years in landscape design (preferred)
  • High-end residential landscape design experience is a plus
• Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Land F/X, SketchUp, and Lumion
  • Knowledge of plant species, landscaping materials, and sustainable design practices. Strong graphic design and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction effectively
  • Enthusiasm for staying informed about industry trends and innovations
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Work Environment:
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Physical requirements:
  • Ability to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift 15–50 lbs. frequently and up to 90 lbs. occasionally.
