Job Description

Licensed Land Surveyor

gpac is partnered with a growing construction development firm specializing in residential and commercial projects. We're looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor to manage surveying needs across our active developments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys

* Provide construction staking and layout support

* Prepare legal descriptions, plats, and survey documents

* Coordinate with project teams and manage survey crews/vendors

* Ensure all survey work meets local, state, and federal standards

Qualifications:

* Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Texas

* 3+ years' surveying experience (construction layout preferred)

* Proficient with survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D

* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

* Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally

Preferred:

* Development or contractor experience

* UAS/drone survey experience a plus
