A medical facility located near North Bend, Oregon   is seeking a full-time   Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner   to join their   Primary Care   team for a 6-month contract!

The Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner Job Details:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
  
• Mon-Fri, clinic hours
  
• Great clinic leadership and administrative team!
  
• 6-month contract, potential for extensions
  
• Housing may be available for duration of contract
• Responsible for providing primary and preventive healthcare services to patients of all ages. The NP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address the physical, emotional, and social health needs of the community, while honoring and integrating traditional healing practices where appropriate.
  

The Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have an active NP/APRN license in the State of Oregon
  
• Must have previous primary care/clinic experience
  
• DEA license and prescriptive authority (or eligibility to obtain)
