Marine Electrician

Location: Groton, Connecticut

$33/hr and $210 in per diem for all 7 days

Flights paid for in and out

Rental Car covered

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrician with expertise in reading electrical schematics and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to terminate, solder, and pull wires efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Terminate, solder, and pull wires with precision.
  • Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of electrician experience, with a preference for industrial/commercial experience.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring schematics.
  • Active SECRET clearance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Navy is heavily preferred.

Work Environment

Work on a military installation at the Naval Weapons Station located at Joint Base Charleston. Engage in projects that require diligence and precision in a structured and secure environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.60 - $35.60/hr.
