We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to supporttheperformancemarketing person must be proactive solution-oriented and extremely attentive is a junior or entry-level role ideal for someone excited aboutecommerce or performance marketing.

Reporting to theSenior Director of Marketingthis role will support the execution of campaignsacrosschannels likeemailSMSapppaidmediapartnershipsand more. The Marketing Assistant willhelpwith content creation campaign setup reporting and coordination gaining hands-on experience inperformance marketingand data analysiswithin a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Schedule: This is a hybrid role based in our Los Angeles CA office with in-office days on Tuesday through Thursday.

WhatYoullDo

• Support the marketing team with QA needs market research and administrative tasks

• Assistin filling out campaign and creative briefs collaborating with the design team to ensure all necessary information is clearly outlined

• Help gather assets product information and messaging inputs needed for campaign execution

• Pull and organize performance reports for various channels and KPIs

• Build emails using templates and design systems; draft and edit basic marketing copy for emails SMS and push notifications

• Help refresh and update contentacross channels including automated customer journeysto reflect new collections promotions and seasonal messaging

• Maintainorganized documentation related to campaigns promotions andautomated journeys

• Support ongoing updates to calendars trackers and workflow tools

• Assistwith ad hocperformance marketing projects as needed

WhatYoullNeed

• 02 years of experience in marketing ecommerce or a related field (internships included)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfort/proficiencyinExcel includingconditionalformatting and basic formulas

• Exceptionalwritten skillswith perfect grammar and spellingand an interest in copywriting and brand storytelling

• Comfortable working in adata-drivenfast-paced environment

Nice to Have - Bonus Points!

• Familiarity with email or SMS marketing tools ( or similar) is a plus but notrequired

• Advanced Excel skills like pivot tables and complex formulas

• Eagerness to learn lifecycle marketing retention strategies and ecommerce best practices

• Interest in fashion womens apparelcreative orecommerce marketing

• Collaborative mindset and positiveattitude
