Job Description
Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $32 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
• Support the execution of hospitality assets and deliverables across the sponsorship portfolio.
• Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for sponsorship-related events and hospitality programs, including required travel.
• Track hospitality budgets and process expenses in accordance with established guidelines to support efficient use of resources.
• Serve as a point of contact for Line of Business partners, Sponsorship Managers, and external sponsorship entities on assigned programs.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day issues related to hospitality fulfillment and event execution.
• Upload, track, and manage sponsorship ticket assets in TMS.
• Coordinate with the Ticket Management team
