Responsible for managing administrative operations, overseeing billing and coding workflows, and ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Job qualifications & certifications:
  • 3+ years medical office management experience.
  • Must have management experience plus billing/coding background.
  • Billing/coding experience required.
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows.
• Skills:
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of billing/coding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations.
• Supervise billing and coding staff.
• Ensure accurate claims submission and follow-up.
• Implement office policies and productivity standards.
• Monitor compliance with federal and payer requirements.
• Manage staff schedules, reporting, and performance.

Physical Examination Responsibilities:

• None or minimal; primarily office-based.
