Medical Office Manager Montecito CA
$90k-$110k plus bonus 

We are looking for an organized and dedicated Office manager to join our team full time in Montecito CA. Ideally the incoming Office Manager has experience in office management, preferably in health care, med spa, hospitality, and/or customer service. Must be an excellent team player who enjoys working with a well-respected team, who can lead our office to ensure we provide our patients with the highest level of care. The focus of the position will be managing office staff, assisting the office to ensure a smooth workday, and to assist with billing, financials/accounts, and payments.

Duties:

• Office management and overseeing daily ops
• HR- payroll, onboard/offboarding, and staff scheduling
• Inventory management
• Ensure HIPPA compliance
• Assist in driving revenue and marketing (coordination of special/community events)
• Account reconciliations and auditing with payments and memberships
• Assist with phone calls, patient management and customer service
• Correspondence with patients’ healthcare teams, referring doctors as needed

Requirements:

• Office management experience preferred (health care, med spa, hospitality, and/or customer service)
• Knowledge of billing/financials/profits preferred
• General understanding of EMR/CMR and excel preferred

Schedule:

• Full time

Salary :

• $90k-$110k plus bonus
