LightSpeed Japan Studio is a game development studio dedicated to crafting original AAA action game titles for global audiences. Led by industry veteran Hideaki Itsuno, the studio operates across two locations in Tokyo and Osaka.

仕事内容/What the Role Entails

仕事内容

1. 物語およびキャラクター設定の構築

ゲームのストーリー全体やキャラクターの背景、個性を設計し、物語のテーマやメッセージを明確にします。

1. シーンやイベントのデザイン

ゲーム内のカットシーンやイベントシーンの演出を企画し、物語の展開を支えるシーンを細かくデザインします。プレイヤーが物語に没入できるよう、感動的なシナリオを描きます。

1. 台詞およびテキストの執筆

キャラクターの台詞やナレーション、プレイヤーが出会うテキストの執筆を担当し、キャラクターの個性や物語の進行を効果的に表現します。

1. 分岐ストーリーおよびインタラクションの設計

プレイヤーの選択や行動がストーリーに影響を与える分岐や選択肢を設計し、プレイヤーの没入感を高めます。

1. 他部門との連携

アート、アニメーション、サウンドなどの他部門と協力し、ナラティブ要素が視覚的、聴覚的に伝わるよう調整します。シーンの演出やカットシーンに合わせたストーリー構成を実現します。

1. Story and Character Development

• Design the overall game story, character backgrounds, and personalities, clarifying the themes and messages of the narrative.

1. Scene and Event Design

• Plan and design the direction of in-game cutscenes and event scenes, supporting story progression with detailed and impactful scenes to enhance player immersion and create emotional scenarios.

1. Dialogue and Text Writing

• Responsible for writing character dialogues, narration, and in-game text that players encounter, effectively conveying character traits and advancing the story. 4. Design of Branching Stories and Interactions

• Create branching storylines and choices that are influenced by player decisions and actions, increasing player engagement and immersion.

1. Collaboration with Other Departments

• Work closely with departments such as art, animation, and sound to ensure that narrative elements are conveyed visually and audibly, aligning the story structure with scene direction and cutscenes.

応募資格/Who We Look For

応募資格

ゲームまたはエンターテインメント業界でのナラティブデザイン経験（優遇）

ストーリーテリング、キャラクター作成、台詞執筆のスキル

プレイヤーの感情を引き出すストーリーテリング能力

プレイヤーの行動に基づいたインタラクティブなストーリー設計ができる方

他部門と連携しながら物語を形作るためのコミュニケーションスキル

Qualifications

• Experience in narrative design within the gaming or entertainment industry (preferred)

• Skills in storytelling, character creation, and dialogue writing

• Ability to craft storytelling that evokes player emotions

• Capability to design interactive stories that respond to player actions

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments to shape the narrative

賃金
年収額：応相談（昇給/賞与あり）
※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日
就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30　 休憩時間 60分
役職により裁量労働制あり
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
有給休暇：入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇（12/30～1/3）
病気休暇（有給）：12日/年（有給休暇とは別途付与）
