Real Estate Office

We are looking for a high-energy, motivated, and proactive Office Assistant (Bilingual Spanish & English) to join our fast-growing real estate office in Norcross, GA . This is an in-person role for someone who is always one step ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to jump in and get things done—no task is too small or too big.
If you are organized, productive, driven , and love staying busy while making a real impact, this role is for you. We need a self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and brings positive energy to the office every day.
Take ownership of daily office operations and provide top-level support to a successful real estate agent.
Communicate confidently with clients in Spanish and English via phone, email, and in person.
Stay on top of files, documents, and real estate paperwork—keeping everything organized and moving forward.
Use Microsoft Excel to track listings, transactions, commissions, and client information accurately.
Assist with real estate contracts, forms, and transaction coordination.
Schedule showings, inspections, appointments, and closings—always thinking ahead.
Be proactive: identify what needs to be done and handle it without being asked.
Keep the office running smoothly, efficiently, and at a high level of productivity.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Experience in an office or administrative role (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
High-energy, dependable, and self-motivated .
Proactive mindset—you take action instead of waiting for direction.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, in-office environment.
Professional communication and strong customer service skills.
