Location:

Boston / Cambridge Area (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 base salary + discretionary bonus

A well-established professional services firm in the Boston/Cambridge area is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support senior leadership while overseeing day-to-day office operations.

This role combines executive administrative support and office management responsibilities within a collaborative and professional office environment. The position will serve as a central point of coordination within the office, interacting regularly with leadership, staff, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping an office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and office inquiries
  • Provide executive administrative support, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and correspondence
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Coordinate internal meetings and events, including conference room scheduling and catering arrangements
  • Assist with preparation of reports, documents, and presentation materials as needed
  • Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external partners to ensure clear communication and follow-through
  • Support additional administrative and operational initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in office management, senior administrative, or executive assistant roles
  • Candidates must have prior experience supporting executives in a professional office environment
  • Experience supporting leadership in a professional services environment preferred (finance, consulting, legal, accounting, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and polished presence
  • Highly proactive with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business tools
