Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Bear, DE

Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an independent contractor opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, ensuring extended earning periods balanced with quality family time.

Equipment:

• Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia truck, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for utmost comfort during your hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Work with dry van freight on 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and into the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings between $1,600 and $1,800, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus, distributed as $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states, maximizing your earning potential with diverse dry van freight opportunities.

Benefits:

• 1099 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for those aged 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
