Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Kenosha, WI

Home Time:

• Generally out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability.
• We strive for weekly home time, but occasional 2-week periods may arise.
• Schedule operates Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet features well-maintained vehicles no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner.
• All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, ensuring comfort on the road.
• Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, reducing waiting times at docks.
• 100% no-touch freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient transport operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles on average.
• Base pay of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area:

• Focused mainly east of I-35, with potential for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly.
• Steady freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits:
