Regular-Part Time (20-29 hrs./week) *with potential to go Full-Time

Join our team at Bikowski Skin Care Center, a leading dermatology practice in Sewickley, PA. We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in dermatology while working in a supportive and educational environment. 

We welcome college students, recent graduates, or gap year students preparing for advanced training in medicine, nursing, or physician assistant studies. 

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Location:  Bikowski Skin Care Center, 500 Chadwick Street, Sewickley, PA 15143

Requirements

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are available.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices.
• Ensure the examination rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
