**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and repair plumbing and drainage issues accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform tasks effectively.
- Assess and identify potential problem areas in plumbing systems and propose practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain diagnoses, required repairs, and preventative measures.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment on-site.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and building codes relevant to plumbing.
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Plumbing/Drain Technician or similar role.
- Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by local regulations).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage systems, and building codes.
- Proficient in using plumbing and drainage tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
