This is a remote position.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Project Manager to join our dynamic team in India.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development of detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and track project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on schedule.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support in identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in project management under senior guidance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to a major Indian city (e.g., Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai) preferred.
Qualifications
• Prior internship or academic project experience in a project-oriented role is a plus.
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM) is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is beneficial.
• A strong academic record and a demonstrable passion for project management.
