We currently have an entry level position for a water damage restoration technician. This job includes a wide variety of jobs related to the cleaning and restoration of damaged properties. WE PROVIDE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICES/ SEVEN DAYS A WEEK to our customers, SO YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK LATE HOURS AND WEEKENDS.
Essential Job Functions:
Our main job is to respond to emergency water damage recovery situations,
Treat every customer with respect. You are primarily working in their homes, treat their home better than you would your own
Assist Crew Chief in extracting water and removing damaged materials
Help setup drying equipment
Help monitor progress of jobs
Help with cleaning and other related activities
Qualifications
The ability to work long hours. Most weeks our technicians get at least 20 hours of overtime.
Able to pass background check
Able to pass drug screening
You must be dependable and punctual. We work as a team, if you aren't dependable you let the whole team down, and our customers.
Ability to lift 100lbs. We move furniture etc. daily.
You must be able to write legibly, keep up with and turn in paperwork daily and be able to learn to use new computer software often. The software changes monthly with the business.
Valid driver’s license
US Citizen or Green Card holder
We provide 24hr emergency water mitigation services, so must be able to be on call
Preferred Experience
Service or Construction background a plus.
IICRC and NADCA certification for Water a plus.
Any prior training in water remediation is a plus.

We are a locally owned business that is leading the industry in property water mitigation, mold remediation, fire cleaning, trauma/biohazard clean up and reconstruction with a specialization in insurance work. We have been in business since 2008 and are rapidly growing. We need a team player who can handle learning new tasks, maintain responsibility for their actions, show up when they are supposed to and do their job.
