Job Description

We’re seeking a Solutions Team Specialist to handle returns and items that cannot be relisted on the site as well as manage reverse logistics process, inspecting, and processing accuracy. 

Core Responsibilities

• Returns Processing: Receive, sort, and inspect customer returns to determine the ability to be sold.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Accurately update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Quality Inspection: Evaluate returned product condition to ensure it meets company standards.
• Documentation: Update CRM systems, and create reports on returns and damaged material.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with general picking, packing, and sorting orders during peak times.
• Communication: Coordinate with customer service teams regarding damaged items or customer-related issues

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or returns processing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory software, computer applications, and handheld scanners.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items frequently.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in inspecting products and updating stock records.
• Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Educational/Experience Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is generally required.
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is usually preferred
