Job Description

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• 7+ years of practical experience in configuring SAP Procure-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, contracts, invoicing, and payments
• 7+ years of hands-on expertise in creating plants within SAP, involving production facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers
• 2+ years of direct experience configuring and maintaining workflows using Flexible Workflows or SAP Build Process Automation
• 2+ years of direct experience configuring and managing OpenText Vendor Invoice Management
• Strong comprehension of Sourcing (Direct & Indirect), Contract Management, Purchase Requisition, and Order Management
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in all interactions with team members and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of Invoice Processing and Payment Processing (ACH, Checks, and Wires), along with invoice data exchange
• Solid understanding of integration points with Finance processes within SAP
• Comprehensive knowledge of Material, Vendor, and Customer Master data in SAP S/4HANA
• Proficient in strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management
• At least 2 full lifecycle experiences in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support

• Provide expert post-go-live support to users, ensuring seamless operations and rapid issue resolution
• Assist in future phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations, playing a key role in project success and growth
• Execute thorough SAP testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing, to guarantee system stability and performance
• Create and uphold detailed SAP documentation, such as test scripts and test scenarios
• Conduct effective training sessions for end-users on SAP functionalities and processes
