Service Support

Join our team as a Service Support where you will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team. You will learn valuable customer service skills and gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Support the team during busy periods
• Welcoming patrons
• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
• Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
• Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Availability for day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Location: Larcher's Market- Happiness Plaza in College Hill

The Belmont is a neighborhood restaurant and bar located in the College Hill area of Wichita, Kansas. Open since June of 2020, we provide an upscale, relaxed atmosphere for those special occasions in your life or a great meal on an evening out.
We currently open at 11am - 10pm Tuesday through Thursday, 11am-11pm on Fridays, 10am-11pm on Saturdays and 10am-9pm on Sundays for brunch. We pride ourselves on being a scratch kitchen and scratch bar which showcases the creativity of our chefs and bartenders partnered with local quality ingredients to provide unique and unparalleled dining experience.
