Los Angeles | Multiple Locations | Part-Time & Full-Time

Valcor Security is seeking experienced, professional unarmed security officers for multiple assignments throughout San Fernando Valley, West Hollywood, Hollywood, and Downtown Los Angeles .

We offer opportunities across a variety of environments, including nightlife venues, hotels, residential properties, and corporate sites. This   allows our officers to find assignments that best match their skills, experience, and availability.

What You’ll Do

As a Valcor Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting people, property, and reputation by:

• Conducting regular perimeter and interior patrols, including parking areas

• Maintaining a visible, professional presence to deter unauthorized activity

• Identifying and professionally redirecting unauthorized individuals, including homeless persons, without escalation

• Monitoring for safety hazards, suspicious behavior, and maintenance issues

• Writing clear, accurate incident and activity reports

• Coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders when required

• Providing basic first aid and emergency assistance as needed

• Interacting respectfully with residents, guests, and staff to address security concerns
  
   

Requirements

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card

• Available to start immediately (even if only on a part-time schedule)

• Minimum 1 year of security experience (residential or hospitality preferred)

• Ability to work nights and weekends

• Physically fit and capable of extended patrols

• Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor

• Strong communication skills; must be articulate and well-mannered
  
   

Equipment & Uniform Requirements

• Professional security uniform (black cargo pants, black boots, duty belt)

• Pepper spray and taser preferred (must meet legal and certification requirements)

• Full black suit for designated assignments
  
   

Pay & Schedule

• $18–$19 per hour (depending on location and experience)

• Bi-weekly pay

• Part-time and full-time schedules available
