You’ll build and maintain a content calendar, create platform-optimized content for multiple departments including Fitness & Recreation, Counseling & Psychological Services, Health Promotion, and more, and collaborate closely with our graphics and marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants real experience managing a multi-dimensional brand in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Create graphics, Reels, carousels, and captions across WBR’s social media platforms. Build and maintain a weekly content calendar, scheduling posts at optimal times for each platform.
  • Tone & Brand Management: Adapt voice and format across departments ranging from energetic fitness content to compassionate mental health messaging, within a unified WBR brand.
  • Community & Platform Management: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-appropriate way. Escalate sensitive or crisis-related content immediately per WBR protocol.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the graphics team to align creative assets with the content calendar. Support collaborative posts with Health Promotion and other campus partners.

  • Strategy & Reporting: Attend weekly planning meetings with content ideas tied to department goals. Track performance metrics and share data-informed takeaways with the team.

What You’ll Gain

  • Content Strategy Experience: Plan, build, and manage a real content calendar for an active campus brand across multiple platforms.
  • Multi-Audience Storytelling: Develop your ability to write and create for different audiences and tones, from fitness promotions to mental health awareness.
  • Analytics & Growth Skills: Track real performance data and use it to inform content decisions, a skill that translates directly to marketing careers.
