Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 2 Years Relevant Experience or
Associate's Degree 4 Years Relevant Experience
Relevant Work Experience
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and can effectively interact with customers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and various levels of management. Required
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks without compromising quality or timelines. Required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Required
Must possess strong leadership skills, ability to initiate and champion change, and influence others to improve work practices/processes. Required
At least one year experience with a municipality, NYC DOT, or agencies. Preferred
Knowledge of Power BI, Oracle EBS, CworX, and agility to learn other systems. Preferred

Additional Physical Demands
The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
The selected candidate must be able to travel to various locations throughout the Companys service territory as needed.
