Position: Sr Business Development Manager (Metal Injection Molding)

Salary: $150,000 $175,000 base + 20 30% bonus
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Business Development Manager to drive growth in metal injection molding (MIM) components. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue expansion across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
Generate leads and develop relationships with prospective clients
Build strategic partnerships to expand market presence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Focus on target areas including industrial, firearms, medical, dental, electronics, and other miscellaneous markets
Qualifications:
Proven business development experience with metal injection molding (MIM) components
Experience in industrial, firearms, medical, dental, electronics, or miscellaneous markets
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with flexible travel as needed
US citizen or Green Card holder
