Job Description

Salary: $135,000 - 195,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience in silicon and package reliability engineering industry standards such as JEDEC, AEC, and IEC
• Over 5 years of experience utilizing reliability modeling methods to anticipate product life and employing statistical techniques to assess test data
• More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor, package, and/or PCBA reliability

• Collaborate with design teams to embed reliability considerations into the design phase
• Work with Supply Chain Management to ensure supplier products meet our reliability standards
• Develop and implement reliability tests for silicon and package products, including High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL), Temperature Humidity Bias (THB), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), latch-up, and package-level reliability tests
• Create effective production screening processes to guarantee parts meet reliability standards
• Analyze failure data and coordinate destructive physical analysis investigations to recommend corrective actions and closure paths
• Develop and sustain reliability models and simulations to predict product reliability and pinpoint potential reliability risks
• Evaluate failure rates from reliability test outcomes and devise failure prediction models
