Water Restoration Technician

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Water Restoration Technician:

• Water pumping and extraction
• Mold remediation
• Moving and resetting contents
• Selective demolition as required to accommodate the drying process
• Debris disposal
• Setting drying equipment
• Carpet or hard service cleaning
• Capable of moisture mapping the affected area, inclusive of temperature, relative humidity, and moisture content reading
• Vehicle safety and maintenance, vehicle restocked and end of shift
• Constructing polyethylene enclosures, maintaining equipment, excellent customer service, work under time restraints

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady  
• IICRC Certification for Water Resoration Technician 9WRT) required
• IICR Certification for applied microbal remediation technician (ARMT)
• Assest 2 plus years industrial related experience construction/restoration/Insurance preferred
• Familiarity with chemical products including use disposal and Safety Data Sheets
• Comprehensive understanding of of customer service principles and practices eligible to operate a vehicle
• Ability to work with a team or independently as needed
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Proven ability to multitask
• Basic computer and tablet skills
• Willing to work evenings and on call on weekends as requested
• Background Check Required
