We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automation Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve system efficiency, and reduce manual effort. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development & Implementation
* Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts, tools, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
* Build and maintain automation frameworks for business processes, testing, or system integrations.
* Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to reduce manual intervention.
* Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.
Technical Design & Integration
* Develop integrations between systems using APIs, web services, and automation platforms.
* Work with technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
* Utilize RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) where applicable.
* Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to align automation with system architecture.
Testing & Optimization
* Perform testing, debugging, and validation of automation solutions.
* Monitor automation performance and resolve issues proactively.
* Continuously improve automation processes and frameworks for better efficiency.
Collaboration & Documentation
* Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation strategies.
* Document automation processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
* Provide training and support to users and teams adopting automation tools.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in automation development, software development, or related roles
* Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages
* Experience with automation frameworks, scripting, and API integrations
* Familiarity with RPA tools and automation platforms
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Experience in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
* Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL)
* Certification in RPA tools or automation technologies
