Our client, a well-known leader in the banking world - is looking for full-time Data Entry Clerks for their Lewisville Lockbox! Functions include Data Entry and quality control of Lockbox remittance items. Expect to sit/stand/walk for long periods in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Pay and Shift:
- 2nd Shift - $22.00/hour
- Schedule: Mon-Fri @ 3:30pm-12am
- WK PT Shift - $22.00/hours
- Schedule: Sat/Sun @ 7:00am-5:30pm
To be considered you will need to be able to pass a credit check, background check, and lived in US for 7 years consecutively and a typing test.. This position will be located at the Lewisville location (2501 S State Highway 121 Bus, Lewisville, TX, 75067) A Security Clearance is be required for this position. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fingerprints
- Credit Check
- 7 Year Employment History
- Background check
- Data Entry exam
- References (possibly)
- Proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residence up to 7 years
Once on assignment, you will be eligible to apply for benefits including a 401k Plan and/or Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.

Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for accurately entering data into multiple systems from electronic and physical documents
- Keying scanned information into database
- Maintain accuracy and speed per given metrics
- Identify errors and correct any errors in data, and escalate to supervisor
- Being comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
