As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organization. This position involves driving data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions through financial planning, forecasting, and in-depth analysis initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, making a direct impact on the company''s growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to achieve business objectives.
• Assist in ad hoc financial projects, business case evaluations, and special initiatives as needed.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain our financial model to evaluate business performance and support scenario analysis.
• Analyze and interpret operational dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and influence strategic decision-making.
• Define, prepare, and present clear, concise reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency through rigorous financial analysis.
• Work closely with the finance team on operational constraints, bottlenecks, and new challenges as the company scales rapidly.

• 3+ years of experience at a top investment bank, consulting firm, and/or high-growth startup.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to jump into any project or task that is important to the company.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Deep commitment to delivering insights that drive efficiency and business growth.

• Experience supporting financial planning in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Proficiency with financial planning software or business intelligence tools.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
