We are seeking a full-time, experienced
Medical Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations in Raymond, NH, one of our smaller, close-knit primary care offices. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader who values meaningful relationships, steady pace, and the ability to make a visible impact every day.
The Medical Office Manager will promote teamwork and exceptional patient service while overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the practice. This role works collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure efficient workflows, continuous process improvement, quality management, and a consistently positive patient experience.
This full-time position in Raymond, NH, has a starting annual salary of $55,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience) and reports to the Associate Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day operational oversight of a smaller primary care clinic of 5-6 providers plus support staff on any given day
- Foster a supportive, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure high standards of patient service and experience
- Support process improvement and quality initiatives
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and workflow coordination
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Minimum Requirements - Associate or bachelor’s degree in health administration (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing clinic staff in a healthcare setting (required)
- Primary care and/or specialty clinic management experience (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with AllScripts EHR and/or other EMR systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Position Details - Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Rotating Saturday coverage approximately every 5 weeks
