What You'll Do:
Collaborate closely with our consulting team, artists, and stakeholders to understand user needs and project goals.
Design intuitive, visually compelling digital products and experiences that enhance the performing arts community.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights to continuously improve the user experience.
Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process, balancing creativity with functionality.
Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, especially within the cultural and arts sectors.
Who You Are:
A creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing your product design skills.
Experienced in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Comfortable working remotely, managing your time, and communicating effectively in a virtual team environment.
Passionate about the performing arts and eager to make a meaningful impact in this space.
Collaborative, open to feedback, and proactive in problem-solving.
